| 95_017 MILITZER + MÜNCH AG ST. GALLEN SWITZERLAND This significant ca. 1880 Heritage building owned by the City of St. Gallen was acquired by the International Transport Firm M+M to present their new Headquarters. A major but sensitive restoration was undertaken which introduced a well proportioned annex terrace building with all intent to respect the original Villa aura. The consequent reduction of the original Park grounds demanded reorganisation with a new landscaping concept to solve the new parking requirements.
